Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Latent AI CRM ("the Application"), operated by Latent Digital Solutions LLP ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

The Application is an AI-powered customer relationship management platform that helps you manage companies, contacts, deals, communications, and business relationships. It integrates with third-party services (Google Gmail, Google Calendar, Fathom, Granola) to sync and display your business data.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account access is granted by your organization's administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's infrastructure
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the Application
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Application. We do not claim ownership of your business data, contacts, communications, or any content you create within the Application.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Application connects to third-party services (Google, Fathom, Granola) at your direction. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. You may disconnect integrations at any time from the Settings page.

7. AI Features

The Application uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, draft messages, and provide suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as assistance only and should be reviewed before use. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violation of these Terms. Your organization's administrator may also deactivate your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
